In order to enhance the research potential of the partner institutions from Moldova and Armenia through promotion of ethical and unique research products, within MINERVA project (Strengthening research management and open science capacities of HEIs in Moldova and Armenia - MINERVA, Ref nr.: 597912-EPP-1-2018-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP) have been developed and implemented efficient plagiarism monitoring tools by each partner country Higher Education Institution (HEI).
Plagiarism monitoring tools are an imperative condition that filters and selects best research outputs and stimulates researchers valuing reputation and excellence. Moreover, anti-plagiarism tools are used to educate students and young researchers to develop in an ethical manner enforcing transparency and merit. Beside this, journal editors from Moldova and Armenia Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are now capable of identifying clean research products and content, the fact empowering HEI excellence.
