Between November 7-11, 2022, as part of the MINERVA project, the study visit to the University of Liege (ULIEGE), Belgium took place, attended by representatives of universities from the Republic of Moldova, Armenia and experts from European institutions.

The study visit to the University of Liege, Belgium took place within the project "Strengthening research management and open science capacities of HEIs in Moldova and Armenia - MINERVA", reference number: 597912-EPP-1-2018-1-MD-EPPKA2- CBHE-SP, co-financed by the European Commission, within the ERASMUS+ program.

The study visit started with the welcome message from the host university, followed by the general presentation of the program by the MINERVA project coordinator.

During the session, the participants from Moldova and Armenia discussed the achievements and implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) and the training program for researchers at the University of Liege was presented. An important part of the study visit was dedicated to the results obtained within the MINERVA project. The last day of the event focused on organizational activities and consultations with experts from the University and ended with a question-answer session.
