On June 27, 2019, «ERASMUS + CBHE MINERVA – Strengthening Research Management and Open Science Capacities of HEIs in Moldova and Armenia» project presentation was held at the Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences (YSULS) Library Conference Hall. The representatives of the YSULS subdivisions participated in the meeting. Anna Chulyan, the Head of the YSULS Library, welcomed the participants. Olesea Sirbu, Vice Rector for International Affairs, Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Project Coordinator, presented the detailed plan of the Project. The participants considered the Project’s strategy, work packages and action plan, as well as the schedule for its implementation.

MINERVA Project plans to improve institutional HR policies throw a series of bylaw changes, to train the researchers for labor market and the society, and to facilitate their career development.
